i think vinal wraps are the future of cheap paint jobs. what do ya think. im gonna do it to my cars. after painting a few cars and seeing all the flaws after all the work, and sanding clears i am gonna wrap cars from now on asuming it lays down flat.seems pretty simple and easy to make perfect with enough time. plus its so cheap. 700$ for a perfect job, seems good to me.

Some people are like slinkies. They aren't worth much, but its still fun to push them down the stairs.

Ya, a $700.00 wrap job is gonna make Maacos worst look good. Average good wrap job is $2500.00 plus.
Any bad scratches or imperfections under the wrap show up just as they would on a paint job. Prep is key! Even on wraps!

I saw this stuff at SEMA http://www.wraptivo.com/ at I thought it was paint until the guy in the booth said it was a wrap but as mention above 3-4K by the time you have it installed.

I just read an article in Popular Mechanics about a new paint that will be out in 1-2 years that when scratched will "heal" itself when exposed to the sun's UV rays. Now I would like to see that really work
