Door to Rocker Gap

Can someone tell me what the gap should be from bottom of door to rocker. Thanks in advance!

Do you have quarter panels on your car?? If so, line it up with the quarter and then make the door fit the rocker.. Not all cars will measure out the same..

You will want the body line to be straight with the quarter panel line as that is the most noticeable alignment point for the rear of the door.
From there.... the bottom and rear door gaps should be close to 3/16".

These cars were not constructed to very precise tolerances and some of them have been "tweaked" through years of use so there will be some variance from car to car.
