What kind of seasoning did you use on the bacon, is that just a bbq dry rub?
Nevertheless it looks damn good, I'd give it a try.

It definitely isn't something you would want to eat all the time but man was it good!
This is the kind of food when you're eating it you get to a point where you want another bite but you feel like you should stop...LOL
almost like eating a teaspoon of sugar, it's good but you know it was the wrong thing to do...
