1970-73 camaro bumper question

Can you take a full bumper camaro and put a split bumper on it. Is it an easy bolt on application or is there some modifications involved.

My car was a full bumper car and I put split bumpers on it and now it looks like a real muscle car not grandmas car.

same here very easy swap and uses the same bumper brackets plus on a 73 you'll lose 30 lbs off the front by removing that reinforced bumper . this swap has been done since the 70's and is a favorite swap on old super stock and pro-stock camaros of that era . also removing the full bumper you'll see water temps drop 10 degrees

What?.. yeah... NO.

Not thirty pounds.

But it's a super common swap. (I think actual full bumper cars are the minority now)
