Cool Gotta love it when the delivery van pulls up!!

This stuff just rolled up this morning (thx Marty & Dave) and I felt like a kid at Christmas:

As you can see I'll be heading down a road less travelled on this frontend rebuild, I still need to get some other pieces but things are really start to move in the right direction.

Is that the Vettebrakes transverse spring setup?

Good eye John.

It's a mix of the VBP arms and springs with steering and body bushings from Dave at PTFB.

Ps. the VBP gear is nos stock that was stored wrong and the powdercoating is done.

I've read those are kinda difficult to tune-in, but once they're set up right they're very hard to beat.

Looking forward to dialing in this set up, had some good tech advice from VBP and another member here regarding shock setting to make it work. I really like that with this system you can adjust spring rate and ride height without having to remove anything. With the new steering links and body bushes from PTFB I'm hoping to see a change for the better in road feel at the wheel.

It'll be interesting to see how long I stick with 15" wheels and stock brakes?

About 5 min. after getting it all dialed in, I'll bet.
Or sooner.

Does anyone have a picture of this setup on a car?
How do you adjust those shocks? They don't look adjustable to me, at least in the sense I am thinking.

Thanks

TCB the shocks are the old Carrera ones that came with the kit and are similar to the CE style shock (3 way adjustment). When all this goes in I'll be using something like a varishock or qa1 with separate rebound and compression. Here's a link with some details and a few pics of how it all gos together:
