That is going to be one killer car. Upholstery is awesome!!! It probably wont happen. But with that new interior, I would take extra precautions with the overspray. They are way too nice to be near new paint.

I have to agree. I'd pull those seats out of there while paint etc is going on. Those look killer!

That should look real good once you get paint on it. That color combo will be nice. I was always torn between the turbine wheels and the five spokes. You made a good choice if you are going to have charcoal. I dont like the turbines unless they are painted gold. Thumbs up, keep us posted.

Thanks for the replies--the seats will be removed before paint as the doors will be painted off the car, along with the hood and trunk lid.The seats were done by a local upholstery guy for $1000.00 for both front and rear seats with the Z28 logo and the headliner was done in charcoal to match the seats.Got new door panels as well, and will have a charcoal insert as well. The wheels were powder coated for $100.00 total including sand blasting, primer and powder coating-If you want phone numbers send me a PM or email.Last for the engine compartment- will be painted as well.Am going to upgrade the heads with aluminum heads and add a NOS system. Can't wait to get on the road.

Mine is SOOOO close to that stage, but I can't find anybody that will finish it off. I can only do so much in the bodywork area. Getting that final stage is tedious work and needs a special touch.
can't wait to see it in color. (your's that is)
