I have a guy meeting me after work to pick it up, sorry. It needs a lot of restoration work. If I would have known it was going to get the response it did I would have asked for some money for it

But I guess it's like having an old muscle car that just sits. If someone can get some use out of it let it go. It's been holding the wall of the shed up for about 8 years.

For you guys I'll give the first two of 'em away.

I have a ~'71 (Give it a year both ways) Yamaha CT-1 175 was a street bike, like 70/30 street but now full dirtbike. I got it to fire, but it needs a new coil to run. tires are bad. it was sitting for some 20 years 2 hours of work and it ran for about 15 sec. then it shocked the S*** out of me and i let go of the coil and lost the connection. i have a '75 Yamaha DT 250 that has a seized motor, but it could be a nice project (Its not like i am trying to sell a free bike, i could junk it for more cash than free! lol). I was going to cut it down into a Cafe Racer, but i got my other DT250. I have a '77 Yamaha DT 125 (My only running motor cycle...) Very low compression, needs a top end rebuild. But bump starts. That one i would like some $$ for. as it runs well enough. and a '73 Yamaha DT 250 which i was planning on making my daily, untill i started working 30 miles away... (Too much freeway for this bike i'd believe) and that one i was going to make into a cafe racer. very nice bike. Needs reeds intake and coil. The reeds are very hard to find, but i did find a set for $75 . And then I have a '03 Suzuki DRZ110. but that would be for a bit-o-cash and is a VERY small bike. I am too big for it, but is more of a play around bike.

You guys asked. I can get pics, if i get bored enough i'll be sure to Hijack the rest of Dave's thread.
