Are the early & late throttle cables the same?

I searched for a while here looking for info about a replacement throttle cable & all I can find is the part #336969, which seems to be for 70-73 cars. Does any one know the part number for 81's with a 350 4bbl?
Classic Industries says it's the same cable for 75-81 but their part number isn't a GM number so it's hard to crossover.

If I can't find a stocker, the Lokar I guess is my only other choice? Or is it?

Is the 24" model the right one?

the earlier cables used the ball stud type mount at the carberator and the later style was the stud with a jesus clip to hold it on you can still buy a throttle cable at any local parts store but v8 and v6 are different the v6 is a hair shorter and wont reach the carb stud.

Yup thanks, I searched NAPA online & then got the local store to look up the number. I'm just surprised it's still available through regular parts channels.
$19 even in Canada, not too bad at all.

They must have forgotten to mark it up in the last round of price increases! Buy it now. I'm sure they'll charge $60 for one the next time you blink.
