sub box fitment

I didnt know to post this here or in general questions so i am goning to post it in both. Will a sub box with the dimensions of 19"W x 16"H x 17-7/8"D1 x 14-5/8"D2
fit in the upper trunk area in between the 6x9's and against the rear seat? I would measure my car but I am currently deployed in Iraq so I cannot get the measurements of it myself. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. O yea i have a 72 RS. thanks again in advance,David
