controle arm bushings home build

i got about 5 yards of the stuff at work

http://www.dotmar.com.au/products/ac...rtacetal_c.htm

it seem to be the same stuff as the del-a-lum bushings are made of
(delin ore POM depending on the supllier)

i can make the compleet bushing out of that stuff and use a 1" piston rod drilled out to the oem bold size
ore do i need an alu sleeve that goes in the arm itself and delrin washers

i made the bushings with grease fittings and delrin washers already for the rear will post pics later

I don't see why that won't work. At one time I had thought about making some, but just purchased them instead...
