stubstack opinion

hey just wondering if any of you guys used and liked stubstacks and if they even help at all thanks,

A buddy put one on his 71 Z28, stock LT1 motor and hood. It slowed down a full second in the 1/8th because it was so close to the hood. I can't say whether it would help if you had the hood clearance.

There not an instant bolt on 15hp..

Someone gave me one and its been sitting in my garage since.
