How to make a 78 Camaro...
Was over my buddy's place Friday night and he made me a Snakebite it was Yukon Jack and lime juice (2 oz Yukon, dash of lime juice, pretty damn good). So I was looking up other recipes to make with Yukon Jack and came across this one:
78 Camaro:
3/4 oz Yukon Jack
3/4 oz Rum (Captian Morgan's)
3/4 oz Apricot brandy
1 oz Pineapple juice
Top with Champagne
Crushed Ice
Mixing instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add liquor and pineapple juice. Shake and serve in glass. Top with champagne.

Haven't bought a bottle of Yukon Jack yet, was hoping I would find it at the Navy exchange (better price) but they didn't carry it, guess I have to go to Broudy's Liquors. Bill (friend who made the drink), says it is a northern liquor and he had to ask Broudy's to stock in. It is definitely a sipping drink, (the snakebite). Don't think I'm gonna break down and get a bottle of champagne to try mixing up one drink though.
