a 75 jet is a good place to start... be careful of timing in case thats lean..
I would measure vacum at idle, then divide by 2 and subtract 1 for power valve
(measured vac/2)-1= ballpark

The cam is a comp 598/598 heads are Merlin rec ports.
Input?
Thanks again.

A rule of thumb is to have the PV 2 lower than the vacuum your pulling at idle. Have you put a vacuum gauge on it? What is a comp 598/598 cam? What kind of motor is this? Maybe an 850 is just too big?

Update: Car is running great, I removed the 80 jets and installed 74p/76s and changed the pv from a 6.5 to a 4.5, I am also having a air filter issue, The filter I can fit under the hood is not letting enough air to the carb, Not sure what I am going to do about this...lol
The motor is a 468 BBC with Merlin rec port heads, Not sure on the compression yet. It has headers and a big cam.
Just got the car last week and I have a lot of cleaning up to do
Thanks for everything guys.
