Hi!!

Thankl you very much for all the information!!
After reading all posts, I decided not to drill my front fenders.

Now I am working on car's interior. The seats are looking nice, unfortunatelly not so original, but I think the upholster did a great work.
I haven't found the Type LT original fabrics, so I decided to use something a little bit different, as you can see in this picture. It is a mix of leather and velvet:

The car's original interior was black (code 778), but the last owner changed it to gray/black and I really do not like black interiors (I have two other cars with black interiors ).

So, the upholster will change the seatbelts and I will paint all other parts beige. I intend to buy the carpet in the USA in my vacation trip in August.

I have two dash trim bezels, I guess my car's original is the darker one, but I am not sure:

Fred.

Good to see you are making progress. Yes, the Type LT woven vinyl fabric is impossible to find, so you have to make due. Of your gauge cluster facings, the one on the top is correct for a 1974 Type LT. The one on the bottom appears to be from an earlier model.
