rocker arm torx/exhaust questions

Hey can some of you more mechanical savvy people help me on my rocker arms? i believe that i made a mistake and messed with the nuts and now their all decompressed and im not exactly sure about how far to tighten them back down. i have some ideas but that is about it.

I am also wanting to put long tube headers on it (my new 1979 Z28) and true dual exhaust no cat no muffler just some resignators

i pulled the engine out a couple days ago and i have been pulling it apart and kinda learning what makes it tick(and dont say the sparkplugs) also this is a daily driver car but i like to turn heads so i like loud and agressive.
any help, or advice that you could give me would be much appreciated considering almost everyone on here has more experience than i do.

yay first real post!

This is how I did it...considering you have hydraulic lifters? Otherwise it's a different procedure....

Back off ALL the rockers before you turn your engine over. If the rockers are tightened down too far and you turn the engine over it can bend the valves and/or pushrods. Rene posted a video, you need to click on it to watch it.
