How to Remove Rear Chrome Bumper on '71 Camaro

This may be an easy question to answer, but before I embark on doing this on my own, I figured it best to ask you guys for any tips on removing the rear chrome bumper on a '71 Camaro and replacing it with a new OER one.

What steps should I take to do this?

Tape up the ends with painters tape so you don't scratch the body paint and undo the bolts.

2 bolts on the outside underside center of the bumper. 4 bolts in the trunk, 2 stacked on each side under the tail light buckets.

If you are doing this by yourself, work from the outside bolts in so that the last bolts you remove are in the center. This allows you to grip the bumper closer to the center for better balance and limiting the chance of your bumper shifting and scratching your paint. - Mike
