Wish I could make it. This shop party is on my bucket list. Will be in town the whole weekend of May 31 to June 2 for the start of the Hot Rod Power Tour. Would be a chore to drive to Charlotte then back to Houston and come up the next week. You all have a good one.

So what did we decide to do about food? We use a tool in our family called SignUpGenius to organize potlucks, but I dont know if we have enough people coming to warrant that.
If you are coming, just copy/paste this list in your response and add in the item(s) you are bringing.
1. Justin (jb451) - ?
2. Jason (CDesperado) - Ice, Cokes, Chips, Tortillas, Cheese, Queso, Guacamole, Baked beans, Homemade BBQ sauce
3. 78LTCAM - Smoked Briskets
4. David (David79Z28) - Maybe?
Other things I can think of...
1. Plates and bowls and napkins (stuff like that)
2. sweet relish, jalapenos, and rolls for the brisket
3. Hot dogs for kids?
4. Burgers? Chicken? Other meats for ladies that wont eat brisket?
5. Dessert?
I assume this is a BYOB thing as well.

Ill smoke another brisket and 2 or 3 chickens (that number may change depend on how many people are coming), 3 packs of hotdogs and buns, and a few cases of soda. also ill get the plates and utensils. And yes, it is a BYOB kind of deal. I don't share my Shiner 
Okay, the date for this thing on the 15th, 78LTCAM what time is okay? I was thinking between 6 and 7 pm.

June 15th.....ya, unless my boy gets a baseball tournament scheduled....I will plan to make that. Put me down for the hot dogs / burgers and buns
