How much does it typically cost to get a set of 79 z28 gauges restored? Its in the plans later on. Just wanted to get an idea. Thanks Daniel. -Matt

Matt,
A complete restoration for 70-78 Camaro is typically $550. There is a $60 upcharge (for NOS pointers) for 79-81 Camaro. If there are any major repairs that need to be done to the speeodometer or tach there may be addittional charges. Once you get ready for your gauge restoration, I can test all of the gauges to give you an exact quote. Just let me know when you're ready!

Get in touch with me when you're getting close. Because of the current workload, turn around time is 4-6 weeks. You may want to send in the gauges a few weeks before you actually need them.

My son and I have undertaken a project car, a 1981 camaro z28. The gauges weren't working, so we took out the entire instrument panel. The needles are broken, so I was think of just getting a new instrument panel along with a new circuit board. The shifter is between the seats on the floor, so need the one without this on the dash. Any idea on approximate cost to replace these parts?
