Speed and Mark I am going to post something here in the overall sponsor section as I made a reply which I think warrants it's own post.

Looks like a factual post and a repeat offense to boot. He says nice box but, poor packaging and he hopes they will do a better job next time. He also points out that the hat and catalog are nice but, a good condition part arriving would probably be better. I see no bitching, just the facts. I know sometimes we go nuts before even making a call. That is truly a BS move. Like FBW says, step back and think about what you are doing. Unfortunately, the forum is sometimes a last resort when nothing is being done and the vendor gets a deserved bashing. I think if you sposor, you should at least show up to the party though. Having a section and not reading it but still taking the $ and selling your parts is half assed. We beyotches need attention! My 2 pennies.

If the business is willing to sponsor a forum they need to understand that people will try and communicate with them thru it good reviews and bad. If the business cant keep up with monitoring it then they should just place a simple ad for thier products which requires no further maintainence.

I want to know what "sponsors" vendors, or anyone who has poor service. That includes you.. If you dont want to be"kicked in the nads" then provide the service we pay for.. nuff said. Do I ever hear you complaining when someone makes a kudos to a sponsor in the sponsor section? I have also had issues with ground -up. The ship times are rediculous sometimes from them and also with year one.. If i want to say they have crappy service or ship times i'm gonna say it..

Were else can you give fellow members a warning and a heads up if something is wrong or right, it should be here on the page they sponsor.

problems here too~ beware of ground up
poor customer service, rude people on the phone, FALSIFIED discounts. The packing was bad, ok really bad. They would not take care of it so i contacted the manufacturer. They send me new parts in 3 days.
I had a fight with them for 4 months on billing. Easier to deal with Classic - bad but better. |
