Looking for a good useable headliner board for my 79 Z28 non T-Top. I would pick up locally in Central NJ.

Check out using the Greyhound bus, they usuall charge $2 per pound or less, they may charge you an over size fee. I just looked up what it would cost to ship from Denver to Boston based on 15 pounds and 48" long, $39. Here is the link http://www.shipgreyhound.com/

I bought my new one from Ground up in Ct., they had it shipped to their store so i didnt pay any shipping. I have my original cardboard out of my late 73 so you would have to cutout for the steat belt retractors on 74's + but its in pretty decent shape and you could have it for free if you are ever in the NYC suburbs.
