Compression Ratio question

Hello, I have a 350 in my '74 Z28, it has 64cc heads, and I can only assume it has flat top pistons. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on ball park of a compression ratio it might be pulling. The head casting numbers are 14096217 and the block is 10243880. Thanks for any help.

Approximately 10:1, would need more info to give an exact compression ratio, such as if block has been zero decked, heads shaved, gasket thickness, more info on pistons

without knowing pistons we don't know anything. I have built very similar engines, some having dish tops and some having flat tops depending on how much money was spent on them and what octane was desired. You wouldn't know without checking though.

I'm don't know anymore about the motor. I bought the car in August and the people I bought it from didn't know much about or what they were doing with it. I haven't torn it down yet, was just wondering about the compression ratio. Thanks for some info on it.

10 to 10.25:1 compression
It works best with the 0.015" shim gaskets with the std 0.025" deck height.
