I would start with a 5w30 or 10w30 and see what your oil pressure is. Go from there...

As above said it really depends on what bearing clearances you have to determine the "best" oil wts to utilize.

10w-30 Amsoil here. I may have to try the 10w-40 with the higher level of zinc, although I am happy with the 10w-30 weight.
