Interior part ID help

This was in my 78's trunk , I THINK I took it off the car SOMEWHERE but we're talking almost a decade ago....but no idea where.
Does this go under the dash somewhere or is this a cover for the rear defrost under the package tray ??

Can someone help me ID the part and if there's a pic showing where it goes exactly I'd be greatly appreciated.
I gotta start putting the interior back together now. I put the shoe there so people could tell how big it was.

I don't recognize it, which means I don't have one, which means that I will end up needing one.

Is the shoe a size 4 in kids?

I Don't remember pulling that out from under the dash, and since I don't have a rear defroster blower I would suspect it's a cover since I don't have one of those for my interior of my car.

That looks like a 3rd Gen rear panel for the trunk area.

Yeah this has been in my trunk for quite some time now.....we're talking 8 years at least.
My original interior I gutted in 1997 and my cuz's husband put a 79-81 dash in there.

So I gutted that all back out several years ago. No clue if this is even mine.
As long as it doesn't go BEHIND the dash anywhere, I guess I can throw it out......just wasn't sure.

Sorry, I thought it would be obvious it was my shoe.

Size 11.

Tell me you didn't leave that out when you installed the dash!!!!

That goes in above the glove box and across between the radio and dash speaker.. Non-A/C car... Right?

There's no way you're gonna get that back in there without pulling the whole dash apart again!

Wait.... Wut?

Oh....
Sorry, wrong part.....
