I think you only need the manual regulator, a window crank and the plastic "cup" between the handle and door panel.
My son and I did this on his Monte so it may not pertain to a Camaro exactly.
The power and manual regulators used different mounting holes in the door frame.

I used the door panel to line up where the crank handle is supposed to go and found the proper mounting holes for the regulator from that position.
It should only be an hour job but it took us about 3 hours due to not noticing the mounting difference from the start.
Look it over carefully before you drill out the rivets... Once the regulator is pulled out, it can be tricky to figure out how it's supposed to be reassembled.
BTW.... If you need to take the motor off the regulator, make sure you pin it in place so the spring-loaded mechanism doesn't bite you.

(The Monte regulators could be removed with the motor attached but I don't remember if a Camaro can be done that way or not.)
