Horn Contact

Anyone know how the horn contact (and spring) installs in the turn signal cancelling cam? Does the plastic retainer go on top of the pin and spring, or does the pin protrude from the hole. I have ordered a Grant install kit to complete my install, but not sure how the contact fits in. Maybe it will be in the paperwork with the install kit.

Will you even need to use the GM horn spring/contact if you are using a Grant wheel?

I am trying to think back to when I took my Grant wheel off and never saw the GM spring/contact you are talking about. But that was sometime ago, so could just not be remembering.
