Kickpanel Speakers - post up your work!

I'm looking for some more examples of installations. I found Ultm8z's write up and a few older threads on this (including Levi's ).

I'm specifically interested in seeing how people sealed up the kick panels as well as how everything fit together (kickpanel covers vs. speaker grills vs. mounting plates, etc...).

I have some non-AC kickpanels & some 6.5" component speakers that I hope to use.
