eaton vs richmond

my son has a 80Z with a stroked 350 (383) turbo 350 w/shift kit runnung 3.08 gears car is a bit of a dog on take-off we are planing on changing to a 3.73.
My question which ring and pinion is easier to set up Eaton or Richmond or which gear is better.
