Rear upper shock mounting bracket: The other side of this bracket connects to the roll bar via a stiffening brace. The bushings for the spherical bearing at the end of the shock are not installed in this photo. The bushings press-fit into each end of the spherical bearing bore. With the bushings in place, the assembly fits tightly into the square tubing. When the mounting bolt is tightened, it clamps onto these spacers and the spherical bearing itself. |
