| The forum (or message board) is our main communication method. Unlike most other sites however, it is only a portion of NastyZ28. Our site contains a vast amount of technical information outside of the forum.
Here are some quick answers to commonly asked questions relating to the Forum.
I can't remember my account name!
Press the contact us link - and provide as much information as possible to look up and retrieve your current account information. Things like your current or former location, current or former email address you may have used... I will try and match & verify what your account name is, and that the account I think I found is actually the persons who's requesting it. I will not automatically reset the account unless I'm sure it's "you".
I can't remember my password
If your account is still associated with a valid email address you have access to - you can simply click the lost password link and have the system email you your password. Make sure your email is looking for email from webmaster and not throwing it into your spam folder.
My ID/EMAIL is BANNED?
We constantly get hit with spam. So to cut down on this, some accounts, especially "generic" email accounts are prohibited from registering on the forum. When you get the banned message - you're trying to use an email address that's been blocked. Use something else if possible.
I CAN'T POST ANYTHING!!!
If you have a new account, OR JUST CHANGED YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS - your account will go into a pending state. The system will send you an email to the address you just used WHICH YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE. Upon acknowledging that email, your account will be (re)activated. This email comes from webmaster@ - so make sure your spam filter isn't throwing out that email. If this happens, you will be "stuck" and need to use the contact us link. NEW ACCOUNTS will still pend until approved. This approval process varies but should be less than a couple hours.

Please DO NOT ask technical questions via the contact us link. If you think you are posting a question onto the board - you are not. You are emailing the forum webmaster and you will most likely NOT GET A RESPONSE.
Please post technical questions on the forum where you will most likely get a prompt and accurate response.
I can't post a picture in my SIG
That's right. Pictures in sigs are disabled.
How do I post pictures, avatar, custom profile picture, etc...

All accounts on the site must be associated with legit and valid email addresses. Your email address is shielded from viewing, but the system must be able to contact you via a valid email address.
Members are allowed to have ONE account. Multiple accounts will be removed if/when they are found. Wether this be on purpose or on accident. Accounts can be "fixed" (merged, changed) if necessary.
