well today i went thru it again and finally got it running awesome.the problem was the needle/seats i had .110 in there and went back to .097 which i believe used to be in there.finally no more driveability problems like lean tip in or over rich condition.
i even tested the two supposedly blown 8.5 power valves and they're good.i'm going to drive around for a few days and see how it performs might even re-install the 8.5 power valve

you got that right !! http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/smile.gif,got in trouble today set of one cars alarm 5 times in the span of 10 minutes.all i was doing is idling trying to set the carb.
