To tune the IDLE settings you use a vac gauge, turn the 2 screws 1 at a time till you get max vac. reading.

Thats not really "tuning" the carb though. To change the air/fuel ratio, fueling curve, etc you must change metering rods/jets/hangers, etc etc

Find some really skinny secondary rods and hanger just stickem in
