Ok i need some input here on upgrading my current fuel system. I have the factory tank with a holley blue pump and #6 line. I'm going to install a tank sump over the winter and up the line to #8 to the front of the car. Looking for a better pump that will feed my new 406 and a small 150hp shot max. Would it be better to add a return line to help stablize the fuel pressure?Loking at the aeromotive #11203 pump.I figure i can bring the line from the rear to a fuel block and then run a regulator for the motor and one for the nos solenoid. The nos is going to come down the road, but i want to get this done right the first time so i can just add that in later. Won't be going over a 150hp shot, due to a rpm air gap intake. I also have a 750dp with a braided dual feed line on it. Will i have better flow if i lose that and just run 2 lines from the carb regulator? Also should i can the fram hpg1 filter and get something with more flow?? Thanks

Check out the Aeromotive Systems Approach diagram on the aeromotive website.

The single holley blue will run into the 10's with the supplied regulator. Since you are doing this in stages, I suggest you upgrade the line to a -8 and keep the blue, then get another blue for the nitrous and utilize the -6 line for that. Running a single pump for both the engine and nitrous makes me nervous, and you will be spending a bunch more for a pump capable of supporting both. You MUST buy a low pressure fuel switch for the nitrous, better the kit doesn't function rather than risk running lean and wasting your engine.
