Hey guys, been two years since I was on here, just got back from the Philippines. The Camaro is up and breathing, but it needs a tune up real bad. I changed the spark plugs, oil and filter, and cleaned and re-oiled the K&N. I set the timing at about 12* and the vacuum bounces between 5 and 8. I know it burns too much fuel and the mixture needs to be set. Its a 350cid with a 750DP. I dont have a air/fuel mixture guage and need to know how to set the carb up without it. Haha I hope I can do it right. Anybody got some ideas? Thanks

You can do it by sound. But need a good ear. Turn the screws in until it start to die and then back out until you hear it the rpm's stop going up. If you have a tach in the car you can have some watch it to. Make sure you unplug you vacuum advance.. You said you was in the Philipines. Cool was there back in 82 while the in Marines..
