Ok, I know I'm risking sounding like a dumba$$ here, but I went to slap the new March pulley's on the new motor, and the crank pulley does not want to go on. I have an Eagle crank, and a Streetdamper balancer. There is a (app) 1/8 lip on the pulley. I also have a 12 point ARP balancer bolt holding the streetdamper on. the 3 holes line up for the pulley bolts, but that leaves a huge gap between the pulley and the balancer. This is where I go dumb. Do I remove the balancer bolt, then mount the pulley with the washer on the outside of the pulley? That just doesn't seem right to me. I have never ran into this problem before, normally I just re-use the stock stuff. Is the problem the crank pulley itself, or the ARP bolt/washer? I would like to have the new motor in this weekend, if at all possible..... Thanks for any help.

I have March underdrive pulley's. Balancer bolt and washer on top of the pulley.

Yeah, I figured as much. Thanks. I was just worried for some reason that the bolt would not be long enough to run the depth it needed to if I put the bolt & washer on top. Well, maybe at least someone else will benefit from this post as well.

ummm.. Don't all lower crank pulleys mount with the 3 damper bolts and the larger center bolt.. going through pulley, then into damper/crank?

Put it on like this... Damper on crank, pulley against damper.. All bolts through pulley..

No such thing as a dumb question man.. Don't worry about that
