My 81 v6 has the factory 2bbl carb.. I eliminated all the smog stuff.. If I leave all the plugs disconnected on the carb, will it still function?? Or do I need to get an aftermarket 2 bbl??

That carb is computer controlled. There is a solenoid inside that adjusts the mixture The computer controls it using the O2 sensor as a guide. If you unplug it I would guess that it will run either too rich or too lean.

I have a rebuilt 2bbl from a 80 229 v6 camaro if interested.
