Puffs come out when I shift gears?

hard to say and smells gassy to me? goat will post tommorow he was following me, it was at idle too.

Yep, small puffs of smoke when changing gears and at idle. Pretty sure it was oil. Kinda like under load it didn't smoke. Rings fluttering or something like that? Mike doesn't run a pcv either - wondering if that would help.
