can the .015 felpro head gaskets be reused?

on an enemies motor, I'd not stop them from trying.
I know they are pricey, but how much is doin the job twice cost.

Stock GM gaskets @ 0.017" thick are cheaper.

negative, NO they are meant to be torqued down once only.

Its probably no longer stocked,,, but its what GM used for decades on SBC's

Have you ran your engine??

If not, I don't have a problem with using good old Permatex, "Indianhead Shellac Gasket Cement" on them and reusing them!! Put them on TACKY!!!

Just be sure and torque them at least three times over that many hot/cold cycles and you should be good to go!!

If you don't wanna retorque them a couple a times like I said, then use new ones and be done with it!!

And I've stacked shims using the darn sticky stuff fine too!
