I just got a msd pro billet dissy for me zz454 roller cam engine i changed can to a comp cams xr282hr which can use normal msd dissy gear have been told there has been proplems with the gears on the msd distributors lately any truth to this story
What should i watch out for thanks

Are you asking about the DISTRIBUTER gear?
Comp cams makes it clear which gear to use.

YES i mean the distributor gear,i know what gear on dissy 2 use with that roller cam u use a normal msd gear ,what i was trying 2 find out i heard that some off the msd gears have been faulty latetly on there distributors has anyone heard anything about this?

I have not seen or heard of any issues with the gears. The only time I see issues with gears is if there is a mismatch on the alignment of the cam to distributor gear.
