I'm asking for ideas, because to be honest I am what you might call "color retarted"

I'm eventunally going to be painting my Camaro blue, sort of like the blue available on new GM vehicles. It has a silver interior and I am going to have two silver SS stripes going over the hood and decklid. (And no, my car isn't a real SS since it's an 81, I don't care about originality)

My question, and the reason this is in the engine topic, is what color do you think I should paint the engine?

Easy enough question, no?

Sounds like a sharp combination...Why not paint the block the same blue as the body color? and paint the heads the same silver as the stripes.

what is the original engine color for a 1979 z28 camaro. is it the light blue? whats the dark chev blue for?
