Need some help similar to the holley guy. I have two mixture screws in the front and don't know how to set them. The fuel stutters sometimes when I press on the accelerator too fast and then the carb pops a little. Not sure what is happening here. How can I tell if I am getting the right mixture? Is there a air/fuel guage I should buy?

Wouldabin, i've been there with my 600 Edelbrock too. From what i've gathered in a months time on this board, air/fuel mixture should be the same for both screws. Same amount of turns for both screws so you get an even amount of air and gas. Check this otu:
Turn the screws in until they lighty seat, but don't force tighten them, then back each one out 1.5 to 2.0 Full Rounds. Always give each screw the same amount of turns as the other so the mixture stays the same.
If it sounds like it's stumbling, give it a half turn for each screw until it smooths out. It'll take some time to get it how you want it, just play with it. If you get lost in all the turns you made, go back to tightening them and start again.
Also, make sure your timing is set where it should be. Good Luck!

I'm printing this one out and sticking it in my tool cabinet.

I readjusted the screws. Works awesome at mid-rand speeds. The low-end makes the carb pop sometimes and the high-end jumps around and loses power. Any ideas? It has an electric choke.. could this be malfunctioning?
