Okay... time for a story... I was at a walmart out in the middle of no where today, and ran into those transformer toys! wished I coulda bought the one from up above ^^^ but I rarely carry money(gotta keep it all for your Camaros!) so I didn't, then I get home and it turns out that my MOTHER! was at a wal-mart and bought me the one from the link above ^^^, the set with the Camaro vs. Mustang! (we all know wholl kick some A$$ there!) and then this big Camaro figure dude that makes all kinds of noises and just because she walked past them as they were unpackaging them and knew they were Camaros!!! Now gotta say I was a little surprised since I don't acquire little childrens toys ever(unless you count model Camaros!) but I figure I've gotta keep em, how often are 2nd Gen Camaros the focus of a movie!?

So... apparently there is also a mini-figure version, a chubby 2nd gen that propels it self forward, and a large detailed collectible figure thats at least 12" high and it was the only version of the 2008+ Concept Camaro transformer, but I thought all that might be over kill! but hey if none of the youngins buy em and they go on sale, I might just end up with those too!

Also... I'd post a picture of the Camaro vs. Mustang package since they are all dookin it out, but I haven't had much luck with trying to post photos so you'll just have to go and get them for yourselves I suppose...

Went to Wal-Mart today and they had a bunch of them.:)

I took my one of those ^^^ out of the package and screwed with it for a little while, pretty nifty toy but it would be a lot more hardcore if it was painted metal! I can't see how theyd expect a youngin to play with it and not brake off everything since its so confusing to transformer the dang thing!

I wonder when the 5th gen Bumblebee will be out in stores.

Hmm, Aceshigh thats a good question, you'd think it would already be out considering the insane popularity of the concept, the only 5th Gen item I saw was a highly detailed collectible one that was about a foot high in a canister, but it didn't transform, so who wants that? :-P

I got the little one, the size of a hotwheel. It seems kinda cheaply made for the $5.50 it cost. Oh well, I had to have it.

I was at my local Walmart and they had a shelf of these. Probably about 8-10 of them. Price was $9.96.

Oh yeah! My mom and sister saw the preview when they went to see Pirates of the Carribean 3. They called me at work, "OMG! The new Transformers movie has your Camaro in it!" :o :D

You know what would be badass... Walmart & Meijers and probably some other places have that "temporary paint" that doesnt come off in rain and such but once you use soap it comes right off. You could spend a little while and tape it off and get yourself some removeable stripes just like the ones on the car above ^! You might just have the first Bumblebee movie car replica!

My daughters are the best, they just bought me the Bumblebee and Barricade transformers for fathers day( like the one's above). I tell ya the engineering involved with these toys are amazing. This is to sweet!!!!

This has been the case with EVERY store I have gone into....

Today is the first time I saw them at my Walmart. Be patient guys! Oh...and of course I had to score one for myself. :p BTW...I don't think the 5th gen will be out until after the movie is released.

Me & my 6 y.o. hit 4 stores last night before we found BB. We got two at Toys R Us, sitting in an overflow section away from the giant transformer section in the front of the store. The TRS guy said BB flies off the shelf and he was surprised I found them. Must have come in that day.

I GOT ONE!!!!! Went to Wal-Mart on my lunch...they just had some come in....

My lucky day....NOW....BIG dilema....do I leave it in the package unopened, or do I take it out and "transform" it....:rolleyes:

Has anyone else taken thiers out of the package and transformed it yet? I transformed it and when I tried to put it back into the car the front end won't snap back into place and stay there. I think I broke it! Anyone else have this problem or am I a dummy? Thanks, Camarogrl

Yeah I had to take my out of the package because my little bro wanted my Bumblebee to fight his Baricade ;)

The front end on mine had about an 8th of an inch before it is completely snaped in but it won't stay either. I miss how the old ones were made of metal :(

I found BB at a local food store the other day. But it was not packaged like the one pictured.
This one is on the Robot mode, not folded up like the car. The package itself looks the same except the lower right side does not have the head on it.

You think I got a bootleg?? Or they have different packaging for different places??

lol I did that too. It's the clip that holds the front end closed. Mine broke right off when I first transformed it from car to robot. Then I noticed it wouldn't stay shut when I transformed it back. Sucks, but I just returned it from the store I got it from and left this one in it's package!

It seems like a common defect. It's just bad product design is all. It should have been a sturdier plastic or metal piece instead.

I won't buy one until I can get the 5th Gen Camaro version. It seems ridiculous that the only one they have is the second gen, when he was only a second gen 20 mins of the entire movie.

That is a different one that is less complex to transform. It's for younger kids. Not the same.

I've got to get one of these. Mine is the perfect clone. I know the real deal is a big bumper car (77?) but these look like 70-73's to me.
