I am getting a used 1981 350 from a truck to replace my current engine. I am thinking of swapping the intake manifold from my current motor to the truck motor. The donor of the manifold is a post 1980 motor.

Do you guys think I might have problems doing this swap or is it a direct bolt on?

Should be a direct bolt on. The only time you'd have problems is if the heads on that engine are 1987 or newer (or Vortec heads). That's when the angle of the 4 center bolts were changed. But even that can be worked around.
