I went to the Sportsman and Modified opener on Saturday, and did not stay till the end, becasue I was with some chumps who wanted to leave becasue they were tired.
Does anyone follow these races? I was wondering who won the Sportsman race? I know the modified was won by the 19 year old kid, but I do not know the Sportsman.
This was my first dirt track experience, I am now hooked, my favorites are the pure stockers(I know everybody hatees them) Now I want to go to Syracuse and all the crazy events at Lebanon.

You should also check out Orange County, and Accord...i have a friend who runs at orange county, and i believe john70H either does or used to run at orange county.

Yeah I heard about Orange County, I want to go there also!! I have not heard of Accord yet. I started learning about all of this last week from a friend who has been going to these events practically every week in the summer for twenty years, and he is only 26!!

We rub a bit becasue he is a FOrd guy, I just tease him and make him think I really care.

Yeah dirt track is alot of fun to watch..maybe a cruise to a dirt track race would work out sometime.

Yes, I have raced at all of them, but mostly Accord recently and I did run Orange County regularly from 1991 to 1997.
