My 90 Blazer has a broken exhaust manifold bolt by the doughnut end.

I have everything pulled except the front two manifold bolts. The alt. and power steering bracket has the bolts pinned in.

How do I remove the bracket? Do I have to remove the P/S pulley? If not point me in the right direction.

Please help me out guys my daily driver is dead!!!

Some 90's GM trucks required you to remove the PS pulley to access the bolts to remove the PS pump & bracket. Stores like AutoZone will have the puller, free to rent.

I have a 91 chev k1500 I've put headers on it. Yeah you have to take the pwr steering pulley off to get to the two or three bolts back there. $40 deposit at autozone for the puller. Also there is a bolt in the back of the alternator too. I've pulled those brackets off a dozen times due to blown head gaskets.
