12 degrees initial
10 degrees vacum adv.

1500 - 25 deg

1700 - 31 deg

2200 - 33 deg

2500 - 35 deg

how does this look for this motor this is on a worn out stock 283sbc with a edelbrock TM-1 intake, 750 DP and a stock points distributor.it was hard to get these readings as the timing marks were jumping around especially as the rpm got closer to 3000rpm.do yo think it's worth putting lighter advance springs on to get it to advance faster.

No, that's about fast enough. Any faster and you might run into problems with detonation at part throttle with the vacuum advance. That curve is a little faster than I would normally go anyway. I'm usually "all in" around 2700 or so.
