Hey guys,

What do you recommend for throughly cleaning my original radiator on the inside. It appears to flow well but some white oxidation is visible when you look inside the cap. It's out of the car, so I'm thinking of picking up some Prestone cleaner and filling the radiator with it and water. Then just let it sit for a while, and flush it out with th hose. Maybe it will disolve some of it.

Thoughts?, Better ideas?

Is the rad still in the car?

If not, you can take it to a rad shop and have it chemically cleaned. I had mine done about 5 years ago and so far so good...
