I am using the stock HEI.
Just wanted to benefit 32* of advance @ 3000 RPM.
Can I replace one of the springs only with a softer spring and not to replace both of them??? I ask this, since I do not have access to many diffrent springs!
Will that do the job???

Yes. They don't need to be matched side-to-side.
