Changed a waterpump on a 02 trailblazer with the 4.2 L6. Had to take the pump plus fan assembly out as one since I couldnt get it off till it was out of the vehicle due to slight rust in the threads.

Anyway during the process i bent some radiator fins but nothing to bad it seemed.

Now fast forward to driving it today it leaked coolant. Couldnt see where from but i can see coolant coming from under the radiator and dripping/streaming from the driver side.

Is it possible that i pushed something into the radiator far enough that instead of just bending a fin i busted the radiator?

Could be, you need to have a pressure test done unless you can look again and see exactly where its leaking out.

Its Very Possible You Could Have Made A Little Hole. Like Zekefreak Said Pressure Test It. If Its Leaking From A Small Hole In The Radiator You'll Know.
