i found 2 holley carbreuters and i took both of them and made one. and i was wandering what size it is. it is odd how it is made. somebody told me it was a old holley that came from ford. it has dual jet plates but it isn't a double pumper. and the floats are not adjustable. it runs great it doesent need to be too large cause it is on a 305 in my 48 chevy pickup so it's nothing high performance. one of the carbreuters come off of a 56 ford fairlane with a 292. I know it's probably old but it runs good. the only numbers i could find on it was 1350. any help is appreciated. it had 57 jets in the front and 62 jets in the back.

i talked to a holley dealer in my area and he told me the only thing he could think of was it was a holley that ford used back in the 60s or 70s. i will try to post some pics.

i found one just like it on ebay. the numbers are different but same design and off the same era car. so it must have been a ford y block.

It sounds like you have the 1850. It is a universal 600 cfm vac secondary unit. The floats really are adjustable but you have to take the bowl off to do it. You said it has "dual jet plates"...I assume you mean it has a front and a rear metering block...The 1850 only came with a primary metering block and a secondary metering plate but it could have been modified. Anyways, it sounds like this is a 600 cfm carb.
