Ok trying to set base timing, go to turn the engine over by hand to TDC. Cant get it to move at all so, take out the spark plugs and the belts and still nothing. Tried using a good sized breaker bar on there too wont even budge it. The car isnt in gear or anything and the engine turns over perfect with the starter. Anyone have any idea why I cant move it by hand?

If starter will turn it you should be able to. Just put more muscle into it!

If the engine isn't froze up, hydrolocked, valves smacking into the pistons, doesn't have a rod hanging out the side of the block, and no severely spun bearings,,,, I'd guess the starter bendix is hung in the flexplate / flywheel. If it will turn backwards just a hair, that will release the starter and then should turn clockwise easily. If not..... I'd be looking for the cause. Don't force things,, find the CAUSE.
